A rig is only as strong as the signal holding it together. The DS8 is Gemini's answer to that responsibility — an 8-way DMX splitter built to take one signal in and deliver it, clean and isolated, to every fixture that depends on it.

Each of the eight outputs runs through its own independent transformer power supply and optically isolated amplifier, with true isolation exceeding 1000V between every port. That isolation does more than protect gear — it means a ground fault or signal spike on one line never reaches the next, so a single bad connection can't take down a whole rig. Signal amplification extends DMX runs well beyond standard limits, and flexible 3-pin/5-pin XLR configuration keeps the DS8 compatible with any console or fixture on the network.

Rated to support 32 fixtures per output and built into a rugged metal housing for touring use, the DS8 scales cleanly — multiple units combine to grow with a rig instead of becoming its bottleneck. This is infrastructure built the way Aesterix builds everything else: precise, reliable, and built to disappear into the show it's holding together.
